We are so excited that you want to join us in supporting our students and the school faculty. It is our hope that every family will be represented on at least one committee and help out with at least one event. There are many opportunities ranging from chairing a committee to bringing water bottle for school events. You can serve on as many committees as you want.

Dad’s Club

The Dads Club is a great group of guys who assist with overall PSO activities and Event support. If you are a Dad who would really enjoy being involved at Archway, please lend your name to this committee. Our Dad’s club helped in many ways, from working the carpool line at morning drop off, to working the grill at our Spring Festival, our Dads are awesome! Want to know more? Rumor has it they hold their meetings at a pub.

Chair: Gordon Mietzner and Josh Miller at anpdadsclub@gmail.com

Rebates

One way Archway can earn money is through passive fundraisers. This committee will track Box Tops, Campbell Soup labels, as well as Amazon.com and Grocery store programs. Every little bit adds up to a lot!

Chair: Gabby Weiss at rebates@anppso.org

Yearbook

The best way to keep a record of the entire year. If you love writing and taking pictures of kids learning, growing, and having fun, please join the yearbook. We need you to help us create a memorable yearbook for our children. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Yearbook Committee Chair and Co-Chairs

Contact: argoyearbook@anppso.org

Communications

Keeping our families up to date and on top of things via Newsletters, PSO Website, ANP Mobile App and Facebook. If you have any experience putting together a school newsletter, have an interest in technology or you would love to learn and explore your creative side, please join this committee. Archway parents love to know what is going on, and this committee’s sole purpose is to let it be known. * If you have graphic design experience, WE NEED YOU!

Contact Chair: Emily Lawson at communication@anppso.org

Community Outreach

Giving back to our community through community service initiatives and creating opportunities for our families to socialize are the main components of this important committee.   This committee will be in charge of organizing community service events both in-class and off-campus. Look for opportunities to give back, social activities and so much more.

Chairs: Christina Klein-Ellis & Stacy McBeath at communityoutreach@anppso.org

Lunch Program

Archway’s lunch program needs parents to help hand out food to students each and every day. This is a once per week, two hour commitment (10:30 until 12:30). It’s a lot of fun! Please join us. Our kids need their lunch, and we are a committee that delivers.

Co-Chairs: Dacia Rolando and Clay Perkins at lunch@anppso.org

Hospitality Committee

The Hospitality committee handles two important components of the PSO.  When it’s time to spoil our teachers rotten, this committee will hit full stride. The Teacher Appreciation committee’s job is to show our thanks to our wonderful teachers. From bringing in food for our monthly teacher breakfasts, to helping set up for teacher lunches and helping to organize Teacher Appreciation Week in May, this committee is a big THANK YOU to our wonderful teachers and staff at Archway.

It is also designed to enhance Event nights, like concerts and performances, with treats for the families and flowers available for purchase for the little performers.

Chair: Rebecca Johnson at hospitality@anppso.org

Uniform Exchange

It seems as if our kids grow out of things overnight and are constantly in need of new uniform pieces. The Uniform committee collects gently used uniforms, manages the inventory, and prepares items for exchange or resale.

Chairs: Julie Kenny and Sarah Miller at uniforms@anppso.org
